Centaurs are a species whose upper body appears human but lower body resembles that of a horse. Centaurs are known to partake in Centaur Racing, which is like horse racing except that the horse and jockey are one creature. [3ACV04]
In Cornwood the Centaurs were originally peace loving creatures, who solved all their problems with debates that could last for a long time. [BG] Leegola led them to win the battle of Wipe Castle, after defeating Hermaphrodite at debate. Despite being sentient, they need someone else, like Scruffy, to clean up after them.
