Katey Sagal is the talented actress who voices everybody's favorite cyclops, Leela. Prior to her work on Futurama, she was most famously known for her work as Peggy Bundy on the long running sitcom Married with Children.
Before she got into acting, she got her start in the entertainment industry singing backup for the likes of Bob Dylan and Bette Midler. More recently, she has released several solo albums, including "The Room" and "Well..."
Matt Groening wanted to audition her for Futurama. [1]
