Paul Revere was an American silversmith and a patriot in the American Revolution of the 18th century. Revere is famous for his "midnight ride" on 18 April, 1775, in which he rode through Middlesex County, Massachusetts warning for the advancement of the British army.
Whether he is a head in a jar in the 31st century is not known.
Production
The character was first revealed through Countdown to Futurama, which released the storyboard to "All the Presidents' Heads" in June, 2011. He was seen again in a video clip from the episode, released on 9 June.
