Is it possible that Benders First Born is actually Junior? Sure they look different, but we've seen robots change their appearance over their lifespan In this episode. even a precocious tyke such as himself wouldn't have had that long to have children.
Unless, of course, he did so during the events of Benders Big Score, and "First" is counted chronologically.--JoeyMousepad 01:09, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
- Hm, I suppose that is plausible, but Junior can also be regarded as "questionable canon". We know that Bender was build in 2998, but there is really nothing stopping from doing crazy things there. And if the deleted scenes and the comics are to be believed, the Crushinator conceives Junior in early 3000, which would make the argument about whether his firstborn son should be a lot more mature by 3008, given how quickly robots age. If anything, I'd say that the "First Born" son of Bender challenges the canon in the comics. --SvipTalk 11:00, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
- Should we then add a link between them? Or at least list them as 'relatives'?--JoeyMousepad 02:45, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
- There's also the question of whether robots age at all. Bender was 'born' at his current age and Macauley Culkon had to install puberty. Junior is a completely different model of robot to this character - however Calculon looks nothing like a robot manufacturing arm. - Quolnok 11:27, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
- This could explain the differences.--JoeyMousepad 02:45, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
