Hail to the Cat is the name of a mental realm within a Simpsons comic in which the entire staff of Planet Express was trapped by the Brainspawn. While the original plot of the comic involved Lisa Simpson's cat, Snowball II, being entered as a candidate for mayor, and inevitably winning, much of this story doesn't happen due to the presence of real people within the comic.
