The Beijing Bugle is a newspaper presumably made in Beijing. It covered some political events such as the 3000 Earth presidential election and the eating of the Earthican flag by Dr. Zoidberg with their local reporter, Scoop Chang, based on Washington D.C.. It is unknow if Scoop Chang is still working there, as he has recently said he is working for the New New York Times.
