The Beholder is a monster-like-creature with a large eye and several eyestalks who can apparently fire lasers. He is a bureaucrat, grade 11, works at the Central Bureaucracy and his mission is to guard a corridor before the central filling. The Planet Express crew met him while he was sleeping, he asks to them to not tell that to his supervisor.
