iZac (which sounds like Isaac) was a bartender on the Titanic who brewed the cheapest beer available. After the Titanic disaster, he went on to work at O'Zorgnax Pub.

- He is based on Isaac Washington, the bartender from The Love Boat.
- iHawk might be a possible relative who appears in "War Is the H-Word"
- His name follows the pattern (and parodies) of many Apple products, specifically the iMac, which insert a lower-case "i" before a common word to make a product name. iHawk is another example.
